Mr. Surinder Pal Singla
Mr. Surinder Pal Singla holds a B.Tech (Civil) and M.Tech (Hydraulics) from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He is a highly experienced professional with an outstanding 37 years of service at GAIL (India) Limited.
During his career, he served as General Manager – Coordination and gained wide experience in HVJ pipeline projects, petrochemical plants, corporate risk management, and other critical infrastructure projects. He has also successfully led City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects and worked as the Chief Operating Officer of GAIL Gas Limited, contributing significantly to the growth and operations of CGD networks.
Mr. Ajay Tiwari
Mr. Ajay Tiwari is a respected Indian Engineering Services (IES – 1982) officer with B.Tech and M.Tech degrees from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE). He brings more than 44 years of rich experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development across various national projects.
He started his career with the Civil Construction Wing of All India Radio and Doordarshan, where he worked on 300-meter TV towers and major housing projects across India. After retirement, he served as an Advisor to the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, and currently works as a Technical Advisor to Shapoorji Pallonji and Tata Projects, while also serving as a Visiting Faculty.
Mr. Ganga Prasad Barua
Mr. Ganga Prasad Barua is a seasoned Oil & Gas professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in City Gas Distribution (CGD), CNG, PNG, LNG, and downstream energy infrastructure projects across India. He holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering, a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering, and a PGDM in Disaster Management (Oil & Gas & CGD), all with first-division academic credentials.
He has successfully led project execution, operations, marketing, and business development for CGD networks, CNG stations (COCO, DODO, OMC ROs), LNG storage and regasification facilities, and CBG projects under the SATAT scheme. His expertise includes statutory approvals, tendering, contract management, PESO and PNGRB compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination with Central and State authorities.
Having worked with leading organizations such as Adani Total Gas, THINK Gas, Punj Lloyd, and Gujarat Gas, he brings strong technical leadership, regulatory knowledge, and execution excellence to large-scale energy projects.
