Surinder Pal Singla, holding B.Tech (Civil) and
M.Tech (Hydraulics) degrees from
Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, is a seasoned
expert with an exceptional 37-year career at
GAIL (India) Limited.
He served as General Manager – Coordination and brings
comprehensive experience across HVJ pipeline projects,
Petrochemical plants,
Corporate Risk Management, and several mission-critical
infrastructure initiatives.
He has successfully led City Gas Distribution (CGD)
projects as the former Chief Operating Officer of GAIL Gas Ltd.
Ajay Tiwari
Ajay Tiwari, an accomplished IES (1982) officer with B.Tech and M.Tech from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE), brings over 44 years of extensive expertise in civil engineering and infrastructure development.
He began his career with All India Radio & Doordarshan’s Civil Construction Wing, where he contributed to the structural designing of 300-meter TV Towers and major housing projects across India.
After retirement, he served as Advisor to the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India.
He currently works as a Technical Advisor to Shapoorji Pallonji and Tata Projects, and also serves as a visiting faculty member.
